REMUNERATION TERMS

From 1 January 2016, the invoicing period for invoices has changed:

All invoices must be remitted on or before the due date specified on the invoice.

Invoices of up to £50.00: 14 days invoicing period
Invoices of £50.01 or more: 30 days invoicing period

If paying by cheque, the invoice will not be marked as paid until funds have fully cleared with the bank. To avoid late payment fees, please ensure any cheques are received at least 7 days before the due date.

For invoices over £50.00, and if the invoice has not yet been remitted in full, the client will receive an email reminder of when there is 5 days and 1 day before the invoice becomes overdue.

If payment is not fully remitted by noon (UK time) on the next business day after the due date, the invoice will be re-issued and include a late payment penalty. The penalty is 20% of the total amount due.

If remittance is not forthcoming after this time, the invoice will be amended to include the late payment fee and resubmitted to the client.

If the invoice remains unpaid after 90 days since it was issued, a cease and desist notification will be sent to the client and/or the third party who commissioned the voiceover. Continuation of use without remittance or authorisation, is copyright infringement and will be pursued through legal channels.

Receipts for remunerated invoices are available on request.

By commissioning and/or broadcasting ALL or SOME of the work(s) stated on the invoice(s), you are agreeing to these terms.
